Refunds / Exchanges
> MERCHANDISE RETURNS: A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required for all items. Call to request an RGA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered; returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back with all components of the original part included; failure to do so will result in the part being shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Mark RGA the number prominently on the outside of the package and send freight prepaid to: Xtreme-biker, 2519 S Military Hwy #A, Chesapeake, VA 23320
Our Return / Exchange policy is 30 days from the date you receive the item you purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for items that have gone over 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 7-10 days processing time for you to receive your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email us at email@example.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the item you purchased, when you received it, and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We believe the contents and specifications of this website are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. Xtreme-Biker shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
Exhaust systems are warrantied for manufacturing defects only; however, there is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Discoloration (blueing) is caused by tuning characteristics, exhaust timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.

> BACK ORDERS: Every effort is made to keep all items in - stock at all times, however, occasionally certain products may be back ordered. We will call when the item becomes available to confirm it is still required before shipping
