However, if we give you a suggested ship date, we cannot guarantee that specific shipping date from receipt of order, but we will always make every effort to process your order and ship it when we say it will be shipped.
Our standard time for processing orders ranges from 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays. Also, please allow additional time for shipping transit time per the below reference guide. Xtreme-Biker will ship to any location worldwide.
We will ship within the United States and to Canada by UPS, US Postal Service, and Federal Express. International orders will also be offered through DHL, Federal Express and both UPS and US Postal international shipping options.
Xtreme-Biker depending on the part or parts you have ordered and the time of day your order is processed, can ship and deliver many parts to you within 1-2 days from the time your order is processed. We ship parts directly from our shop here in Virginia and from our distributor warehouses located all across the US. Shown below are estimated shipping times using UPS Ground service within the United States. These are estimated shipping times are calculated by UPS and IS NOT a guarantee of the actual shipping time.

DHL or USPS is, in most cases, the carrier for international shipping.
Shipping times may be affected by various factors including adverse weather conditions, holidays, or delivery scheduling by UPS or USPS, the specific parts ordered and other variables that can consequently cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Xtreme-Biker will not be responsible for late deliveries from UPS or USPS shipments caused by weather conditions or delivery delays specific to either.
Errors and damage made by UPS or USPS handlers are not warranted by Xtreme-Biker. The customer will need to address any errors or damage issues with their local UPS or USPS company. Xtreme-Biker will not be responsible for any "money back guarantees" offered by USPS or UPS.
Shipping, handling, and insurance coverage charges will be based on the weight of your order, the carton size, and the distance shipped.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Xtreme-Biker has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.
